About Josie García

Originally from Mazatlán, Mexico, Josie García moved to Los Cabos in 2001 shortly after earning her degree in Tourism. It was there that she met her husband, Ryan Winegar, with whom she now shares three children.

Josie began her real estate career in early 2013, selling properties at Quivira, where she quickly distinguished herself as one of the office’s top-performing sales agents. Her success from the outset reflected not only her dedication and professionalism, but also her natural ability to connect with people and understand their needs.

Known for her warm personality, charisma, and approachable style, Josie believes that real estate is about much more than buying or selling a property. It is about building relationships, understanding each client’s vision, and guiding them through one of life’s most meaningful decisions with confidence and care.

In 2021, she expanded her focus to the broader Los Cabos real estate market, continuing to help buyers and sellers navigate the region’s diverse opportunities over the following years.
