Client Reviews

I highly recommend Terri Steven's at Oceanside Los Cabos, Christi's Real Estate. She was one of the hardest working realtor I've ever dealt with. She kept me updated throughout the entire purchasing process, was responsive and follow through was impressive. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you. Terri

Terri Stevens was absolutely wonderful to work with and very professional and knowledgeable of Cabo and surrounding areas. Owning a Real Estate & Auction Co for over 50+ yrs, we knew what we wanted and were very aware of someone who put their clients interest first! I can highly recommend Terri as she became much more than an agent, she becomes your friend!

Julio was fantastic! He communicated well and kept me up to date on the process. Purchasing property in Mexico is complicated, Julio made it easy, he was especially helpful and continues to be. He is a man of honesty and integrity. I enthusiastically recommend Julio to anyone!

Waiting for a buyer is something that cannot be rushed. Julio Ocampo was our agent, and he skillfully guided the sales presentation of our condo. The photographs were great. We were pleased that he always participated in showings, even by other agents… And the condo sold… Oceanside Real Estate Group was excellent in the closing process. Listing with Julio and Oceanside seems a solid way to sell.
