With over 45 years in real estate and 12 years specializing in Los Cabos, I bring deep experience, sound judgment, and a genuine passion for exceptional homes to every client I serve. My career has taken me through California, Nevada, and Mexico, representing luxury residences, new home communities, ranch properties, and resort real estate. I have also owned and operated my own brokerage, giving me both a business owner’s perspective and a clear understanding of what it takes to guide a successful transaction.

I first fell in love with Cabo in 2004 — the beauty of Baja, the sea, the warmth of its people, and the pace of life. I later made Los Cabos my home and have built strong roots in the community. My approach is simple: trust, honest advice, and careful attention at every step. Buying property in Mexico can feel unfamiliar, so I make it my priority to guide clients with clarity and confidence from the first showing through closing.

As a Real Estate Advisor with Christie’s International Real Estate, I combine the reach of a world-class luxury brand with local knowledge, decades of experience, and the personal care that comes from truly living here. Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active, attending Beach Church on Sundays, and spending time with my three daughters and four granddaughters in California.
